Everything was perfect. We were greeted and checked in by Mitchell He made us feel welcome and did all that he could to make sure our stay was wonderful. The rooms could not be more comfortable and beautiful In fact the entire staff is very professional. When we return to Boston I can't imagine staying anyplace other than 15 Beacon.

It was older, had character and a smaller staff that made us feel "at home." Everyone was pleasant and friendly. We loved having the Complimentary Car available as we were further from shopping and other unique areas. It was nice not having to use a taxi. The rooftop area was also very attractive and one of the reasons we choose Beacon Hill. Though it was kind of noisy with the ac running. Mooo, the restaurant served fabulous steaks and Martinis. We really enjoyed our stay.
The lobby seemed to be over run with full luggage carts. Made it feel a little cramped instead of cozy. The bathroom shelving space was taken up by nic nacs and towels and left no room for our toiletries and hair tools.

The staff was quite helpful and courteous, the room perfect and the food at the restaurant remarkable. The view from the rooftop is also outstanding.

Rooms are clean and decorated in upscale combination of contemporary and early American historical portraits. Very close to Boston Common and the statehouse. One block form subway stop.

We stayed once and the room was wonderful. When we returned for a second visit the room was cramped and badly laid out.
Great location and nice staff.
The breakfast was really terrible. We ordered ham and cheese omelettes and they were like plastic frisbees with cubed ham dripping with greasy melted cheese plonked in the middle.

We had wonderful service. The hotel staff was very accommodating as we had our daughter with us.

We liked the shower, the roof deck, but most of all we liked the design of the hotel/room.

The town car being included was a nice option. Mitch, Michael and Molly were also very helpful and the town car drivers were very nice.
I was disappointed that there was no complimentary bottles of water and the drinks in the mini bar seemed overpriced. I also wasn't aware that the tax was going to be usd70 per night! On top of what was already very expensive. It would of been good to have a cheaper menu for the room service, that didn't have any automatic 20% service charge, plus I thought the bathroom floor was so cold that slippers or a bathmat would of been nice. It would also have been better to have a wardrobe, I thought the closest seemed a bit tacky but good for coats.
